Going blue is the battle. Staying blue is the war. Blue chip is a live status the chain re-checks, not a trophy you keep forever. A crown you stop defending is a crown you lose, and it is one you can always win back.
Blue chip is measured, and measurements move. A coin holds the status while it keeps clearing the bars: at least 500 holders, a $500K average market cap, and its lifetime volume standing. If a coin bleeds below those retention levels, anyone can trigger the check and it drops back to un-blue. Recover the numbers and, on the next check, it goes blue again.
